      **** ********** was referred to me through ****** ******, Inside Sales Supervisor, **********************************, ******************************** ***************************, who deferred to a Regional Sales Mgr in *******, **. My need for ****** followed a demolition contractor's damaging cables and cameras set up in 2014. Trouble in hand, Hanwha was "too high," according to liable party, so we were trying to show the contractor a bid from a live "in network" Hanwha dealer. AL'S 8/5/24 dismissal of my request based on a story about ******** ***** was where this one went South. To summarize, he said no one else was available for installation, good luck. Given complications in finding Hanwha dealers, I found a more reliable brand. To review, an alternative brand, ICR, was called on for 8 ************* installation in 12/2024. This LLC never once delivered an "on top of it," result, rather it behaved almost identical to many others that on review are nonexemplary. This review was based on my introduction to, contact with, and efforts to close on a surveillance system valued at +20k according to my desk adjuster, who settled the loss claim.

      Hi *******,As I indicated to you back in August, I was sorry that I didn't have any other resources to reach out to at that time. Admittedly I am a small business and also admittedly we aren't perfect, but I wish you had given me the opportunity to make things right by you last August before posting a negative review of our company. I'm not sure what else we can do now, after the fact, but like I did back then, I sincerely apologize for not having another technician available to complete your camera installation job.Thank you,****
