    On 10/11/23 this store told me they could special order a fuel pump for a classic car. He asked me to come into location to pay so it could be ordered. 2 days I was told and they would call when I could pick it up. This was to land on a Friday. Friday came and went and nobody was helpful when I called to check on Saturday and apparently the manager didn’t work weekends. A week went by and I’m calling and getting nothing and nobody is calling me back. Finally I called from my sisters phone and got Al the guy who sold and set up the order. I explained how it should be so hard to get a hold of him. He knew I lived over 100 miles away. I explained how confused. Frustrated I was and I stressed I wanted to still pick up my part and was it there yet. He said they tried to call me but never got an answer.
    Not true! All the times I was calling I was leaving my number everytime on van messages and employee taken messages for a manager to call me back.
    I told Al that if I ran into problems with the part I didn’t have the trust in this business to follow through with a warranty or other concerns I could run into if I did come to pick up the part. He said every case is on a case by case issue and I asked the warranty policy and refund policy since he was taking offense to my questions forgetting that they only talked to me because I wasn’t calling from my phone number other times I called I think I did talk to Al but he said his name was Carlos.

    I decided to dispute with bank and the business came back with saying they had a sale ticket and a delivered signed signature.

    What they gave my bank was three different sale receipts that all had different time stamps. One ticket I never saw before it was a reprint of the register ticket and it had a man’s name RICK and his phone number. It had my name Written but misspelled under the other and someone wrote my last 4 bank card number on it too. This company talked to a Rick he is the man who called around for me to find a part. He found it told me where to go and I’d have to pay first. I never going into the store associated my purchase with anyone other than me to pick up. Why it would have his name and say cash account on the recipes I don’t know the paper trail on this is only the register receipt and the bank card run ticket then agian one I never saw was one that said cash account and it was way earlier than when I was there to pay. I paid with card why would it have ricks name in it and say cash account and be for the time Rick was calling them. I called Rick from the number on the merchant provided document the bank gave me from the dispute and he said they had called him and that he tried to pick it up for me but I needed he couldn’t because he needed the register receipt.
    Why they would even have his number written down and if they are claiming that’s a signature of delivery it not true and I told Al in the last call I had with him. Not knowing all this but only after getting no responses to multiple times leaving my number if they ever didn’t have it already and I was not treated with importance so I told him cancel it . He disagreed. I didn’t care I told him I didn’t want to do business with him and I couldn’t trust his part or his word he knows I never picked it up and yet they have now closed the store and it completely empty I finally visited while intown 2 weeks ago and I want my refund

    sold me four igition coils not made for my car the auto shop told me they are the wrong coils so I returned the four coils to low cost auto parts I paid $199.00 and low cost auto parts refunded $179.00 bad customer service I want my full refund back I'm on a fix income Social Security Disabled USMC Veteran can't work no more
