    On August 7th I purchased an aquarium from the business for 2100 dollars, plus an extra 150 dollars for delivery. The system was sold as an unused aquarium that may have gotten cosmetic flaws from being moved around. It was delivered on August 22nd. I told them when they dropped it off that I could handle the plumbing install on the unit itself.

    I then discovered that the tubing they brought was a mixture of used and incorrect pieces with possibly one tube being actually correct. As well as it missing an extra component for water storage.

    I reached out to correct the issue and after being ignored for a while I was told they would just come pick it all back up. I agreed and let them know that a small modification was done. This change, moves some of the glass and is done using the manufacturer's equipment and doesn't change any warranty. It could also be changed back for virtually no cost.

    The owner used this as an excuse to not issue a refund. Instead he's saying it was all a mix up. Now he is saying he can provide the correct equipment. Although I'm currently being ignored or dismissed rudely any time I ask for any details that shows he can provide this in any sort of reasonable time.

    I submitted an order to SP FISHY BIZNESS (the "Retailer") on 4/30/2023 via its website ******************************* for two aquarium stands (Max Nano Aquarium Stand Only (WHITE) 18" x 18" x 34" - Red Sea). Total amount paid was $749.98. The Retailer sent an email on May 24, 2023 stating: "Hello Nathan I have Red Sea looking for 2 stands for you. If they don't have anymore in stock I will process the refund asap." It is now August 17, 2023 and I have still not received the products I ordered or a refund. I emailed the Retailer on June 19, June 15, and June 17, 2023 asking for an update. The Retailer has not responded to any of those three emails. Given the tremendous delay I should be entitled to get a full refund given that I have not received the products ordered.

    I paid 4,000 dollars on a Citi Credit card for a Salt water tank set up complete with stand which had to be built to height specification etc. ***** advised the fellow who would be building the stand was on vacation but I would be receiving a phone call to schedule a time for him to come out to the house to measure etc. I recesuch phone call from anyone weeks later. I reached out to Citi credit cards and fired a dispute. Provisional credit was given to me until the owner responded to Citi that the Order was for a custom fishtank and that they already began work on it. The truth of the matter however is that no work could have been started on the custom fishtank stand because the fellow never came out to the house to measure!
    I stopped into the store prior to playing the dispute and stated no one had called to set up a measure. Spoke with Josh and was told that the owner and or ***** will drive out to California and pick up fish tanks that are slightly scarred in some way. They then take them to a place that rebuilds them and are then sold as new tanks. After learning this I asked to switch the purchase from the refurbished tank to a new tank. To note, the tank ***** wanted to sell me (stating it was new and just driven back from California) did not have a Box around it.
    I did not like the fact that this Business sold me a refurbished tank which by the way had not yet been delivered.
    I called Citi Credit cards to place a dispute. At some point I was able to talk with Michael the owner who stated that he usually does not refund custom orders but will refund the purchase of the salt water tank set up. The provisional 4000 dollars was lifted from my account and credit back to Fishy Business. Even though Michael stated numerous times that he would refund the money I spent on the Citi Credit card, he now states he does not know how to process the refund and also that he is not even certain that the 4,000 dollars is in his account!. Citi sent money to him on10/20.
