On September 13 I reached out to Izzy paralegal to see if they could complete a deed for one of my clients. I proceeded to set the signing date for my clients knowing that they would complete the transaction on time. On September 14 I filled out all of the requisite paperwork online and paid $280. I was told that I would receive my deed within five business days and set the signing for my client accordingly. After five business days, I did not receive anything I contacted the firm and called and left several messages, but have never received anything today. It is almost the beginning of October. My client went out of the country without being able to execute their deed which could cause them irreparable harm. I need for the company to complete the deed and record it as I have already paid for it.

We have emailed the deed to the client for her review and signature. She let us know the client was out of the country. We offered to change the notary and email direct to client. She declined and wanted to wait until her client returned. We are awaiting the signed deed and will record it once it’s received.

I did not file a complaint within one year of transaction because I only recently have been advised to do so as my father was a disabled veteran in and out of the hospital domiciled in Pima County, who became a target for elder fraud, embezzlement and undue influence was used in the transfer of property. He does not drive, the beneficiary in the transfer on death deed, who are non-relatives, procured the instrument by selecting AZ Statewide, they not my father have repeat business which i discovered through Pima County public records office. Not only was my dad relying on this couple for rides and taking care of his pets and home if he were away for any extended time, the secretly got my father to sign document transferring RE without consideration. Executed document was recorded less than a week later. My father died from exposure less than 4 months later after a VA hospital shuttle driver took him home and whom said my father was speaking to someone on the phone, and he said the person was on his way over with house keys. The person, house sitting for my dad, also beneficiary never showed up. My dad died on his porch. The instrument my dad signed did not look the signature he has always had it didn't even have his middle initial, but it also had no address or description of property only a space "see attached A"
My dad wouldn't have gifted a property to non family and no family member would contest each other we were blind sighted and the beneficiares put pressure on the funeral home to expedite disposal of his body in order to receive the death certificate. They made calls and in person visits to funeral home less than 3 weeks after he died and because of them he didnt get the benefits he was eligible for as a disabled veteran -injured while on active overseas. The VA takes a bit of time, which was not afforded to my family or the memory of my father. The actions show intentions they weren't even pretending to care. Notary Journal & notes are needed for review.

This serves as our Response. We do not have enough information to Respond. There was not a name provided and we have never been contacted directly by complainant regarding this issue. The complaint does not address an issue with the service or our company. It appears the complaint is with the person who engaged our services or the beneficiary. More information is needed as to the people involved and in what way our company was in error. Sincerely AZ Statewide Paralegal
