  I have used Affordable Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the last 4 years (older house means things come up!)...new fixture installation, hot water heater, hot water recirculator, leak repairs...they are always quick to respond, show up on time, friendly, and prices are more than fair. I can't recommend them enough, happy to give them 5 stars!!

  A shoutout to Affordable Plumbing for the great job they did in replacing the plunger assemblies in our bathroom sinks. They were able to come the following day that I called and were right on time. *******, the service tech, kept me posted as to his location as he drove to our home. After changing the plunger assemblies, he did a thorough check for any leaks. ******* was very informative during the process and was very courteous. The charge was very fair. I have used AP several times before and have never been disappointed. ***************

  **** (and his son) came out the next day after we called to fix a leak we found in the wall behind water heater. He did the job quickly and did it well. We are very pleased with affordable plumbing and have used them several times for other plumbing projects and each time have been very happy with the service. We highly recommend this business.

  I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing! They have replaced my water heater that was leaking came out immediately and replaced it. They also replaced my bathroom faucets . All the work was done efficiently, affordable, and the worker was courteous! I will use them again when needed.

  If you take a couple of minutes to read this post it will save you a lot of time and unnecessary headache with dealing with the unessential and unprofessional plumbers at affordable plumbing. On May 30th 2024 I made a call to affordable plumbing they sent a technician who claimed that he had solved the problem and I was billed $175. In the of course 48 hours later I had to call them back out because they did not fix the problem with the plumbing. They sent out two more technicians who did discover that the leak was under the foundation of the premises at $85 an hour per technician, which unfortunately was not included from the initial call from their previous technician, therefore I had already received a bill between the three technicians of $600 and the water was still leaking. After agreeing with them to continue to work on the plumbing. They made every attempt to install pex a anb b pipe that none of their technicians are certified to install therefore the warranty would be voided. I explained to them that was unacceptable therefore I would be purchasing my own material for them to do the job. They made every attempt to charge me for the product used to replace the old pipe as if they purchased it. I explained to them there was no way I was going to pay them for something that I paid for. They cut out a bunch of unnecessary holes in the drywall, left everything they touched a mess, and to top it off the pipes are still leaking! After making several attempts to contact the owner of affordable plumbing he is not answering nor returning my calls after being paid in full. Like I said beware of the unessential workers and owners of affordable plumbing. And to add a little insult to injury once they left my premises they took it upon themselves to steal cactus from my neighbors how unprofessional is that ***** thieves all the way around! Sincerely a very unhappy customer it may cost you a little extra to use a different professional but it will be worth it trust me.

  THE REVIEW AND PHOTOS YOU POSTED ARE OF AN UNFINISHED *** BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PAY THE AGREED AMOUNT!!! Now for the full story On 5/30/24 you hired us to caulk a tub, not to fix a leak coming from your foundation. Because your home is old and in poor condition, the technician was unsure if leaks were coming from other places as well and he noted that on the invoice. That job went fine and you paid the invoice. On June 13th, we scheduled another appointment because there was still more leaking. After spending significant time on it, we discovered that it was coming from under the foundation and it made more sense to re-pipe the home instead of trying to repair the leak. This was discussed with you and you agreed so an appointment was set to re-pipe your home. At that point, $385.00 worth of work was done and you agreed to pay that amount in addition to the repipe amount when all the work was done. Almost immediately, you started calling and attempting to nickel and dime us and get the price down. On 6/18/24, I sent you a repipe quote for $4500 which you agreed to. The work was scheduled to start on 6/27/24. A few days prior to that, you called and said that you wanted to supply the materials to repipe the home. We agreed to do so but since we did not supply the materials (We use only the best pipe and fittings whereas you bought materials from Lowes) we agreed that there would be no guarantee on the job. The day the job was to be completed, you started calling and once again tried to nickel and dime the price down. I agreed to reduce the price by $400.00 for your materials but since you only purchased some of what was needed, you still owed $366.00 for material we took off our truck. So, your total bill was $380.00 + $4500.00 + $366.00 - ($400). For some reason you decided that you should only pay $3900.00 and told me Im only going to pay what I have in my pocket. At that point, after you shorted us $946.00 we left the job. YES!!, THE *** WAS NOT FINISHED BECAUSE YOU DECIDED IT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO MAKE UP YOUR OWN PRICES!!! As for your claim of cactus theft, the guys stopped in the alley a few doors down (city property) and removed two pieces of cactus growing on a large prickly pear to plant in their own yard). Hardly a crime but since you are grasping at straws you mentioned it.
