    Do not! make final payment to this company before the work is complete!! Everyone there is really nice and promise work that WILL NOT be completed. This company knew about issues for 6 months before final payment and promised they would be addressed. When final pay was due these issues were not addressed and they continued to promise they would be fixed. I was threatened by this company to make final payment or nothing else would be done. I still have cracks in the concreate deck, leaks in the water feature and missing parts and I have been forgotten. No one returns phone calls or emails. It's a long drive but I have no choice but to see if I can be heard in person. Wish me luck.
