    I've used Doc's in the past and was satisfied with the results. This last time, I had some issues. They cleaned the residue band on the top on the pool tile in less than an hour. I met the owner and initially, with the tile wet, the tile looked fine. I paid him in full ($495) and they left. After the tile dried, however, you could still see the band on the tile all the way around the pool where they had cleaned. I contacted him just a few hours after he left and told him the band had become visible once the tile had dried. He suggested I send him photos. I sent him 3 photos the next morning which clearly showed the visible band all around the pool and asked him what he thought.He did not respond.I sent him follow up text messages, left him voicemails and sent him an email, respectfully asking for a response. I know he saw the photos and the messages because I could see the "read receipt" on my phone.He never responded.Apparently if you have no problem with his work, it's all good, but if you have an issue and he has been paid he just ignores you.I don't expect people to jump any time I ask for a response. But after paying $495, sending photos, text messages, leaving voicemails and sending him an email, I did expect he would have the courtesy to respond to a repeat customer who had a problem with his work.He didn't. Very disappointing.
