1 starSo where do I begin...I signed a contract in April. I'm paying for an unfinished product as of 28 APR. After 2 visits to my home in ************, I or anyone would think that the measurements are good. After a revision on the number of screens that I requested to enclose my patio, NOT leave it opened. For some reason, outcome. I got bumped from 10 JUN to 2 JULY for a completion of 3 JUL. Nope!! 2 JUL there was a small issue that got fixed. 3 JUL comes bigger issues were brought up that caused the project not to reach a finished, satisfactory. Remember, I got bumped almost 30 days!!! That's enough time to ensure all equipment, products, etc. are secured to complete the job. Oh but it gets better!!! One of the regional managers comes out on 10 JULY!! He couldn't get the job done because one of the large screens was cut 7 inches too much!!! He tells me the shop is cutting a new screen, he'll be back on 15 JUL to install and finish and the President and owner were notified. I ASKED FOR A PHONE CALL FROM THE PRESIDENT AND/OR OWNER. NO PHONE CALL!!! Remember, I'm just a customer who was referred to ***. I WAS EXCITED BUT BASED ON THE WAY IVE BEEN TREATED, I FEEL LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN, 23 YEAR ARMY VETERAN THAT MADE A BAD DECISION BY HIRING TRS. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT TO MY WIFE OR EVEN A NICE, COMFORTABLE PLACE FOR MY GUEST TO ENJOY ON THE 4TH OF JULY. Why am I paying all this money for this type of service?? 5 starsWe bought a rolling shutter for our French doors 3.5 years ago. It does a perfect job stopping the rain that formerly blew in at the base of the doors (despite my best efforts to stop it) as well as the sunlight and intense heat that blasted right through the blinds. It recently jammed in the up position. I called and ***** and ***** came out the next week. They determined that new slats were needed, ordered fabrication of the slats, came back the following week and installed them. The whole process took about 2.5 weeks. That's great customer service, and it was all covered by the 5 year warranty. The shutter is now back in action working perfectly.Review fromMarcus B

I have purchased from them two separate times with this last one installed over the summer of this year. The screen stopped working in the down position, locking ** out of our backyard. Obviously, we called immediately and emailed to get on the service list. It took days for anyone to respond and they tried to tell me that the earliest availability is 4 weeks away! I said, this is not acceptable, we do not have access to our backyard. We just got these installed a few months ago and we cannot even let our dogs into the backyard. My reply was minutes after their email communication on 12/5, they replied back to me on 12/21 saying sorry for the delay that is the best they can do.We obviously found another solution, but this service is not acceptable. I was a repeat customer that spent almost $20k with them. Do NOT buy from them, go to someone who values your business and will communicate. I spoke with Mr. Johnson and apologized for the inconvenience. It's true that one team member took too long to call back and that is not how we do business. I did explain that this power situation had nothing to do with our products or our company. My team can’t fix what’s wrong with customer’s homes unrelated to our products. We will always learn and grow from good and bad. However, I do not agree that a missed phone call is justification for this level of punitive negative review. You are misremembering our conversation or not reading my full review. I called multiple times and emailed my emergency of being locked out of my backyard. I eventually received a scheduled appointment for 4 weeks later, to which I immediately emailed back and got no answer for 3 weeks…
This was multiple interactions with more than one employee, including you. You tried to convince me to pull it down, and even tried guilting me with, “reviews like this take food off my table”. Your response to minimize my attempts to contact and the severity behind a lack of valuing customers, prompt communication, accountability, and overall professionalism showcases the accuracy of my experience.Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens

My call was polite, apologetic, factual, and at no time guilting. I politely explained how wishing ill will on a company is extreme, unnecessary, and hurts the team. I do not feel it's right or fair. You told me you may change it after you calm down.
