  We chose ********************* to market our Veranda at Ventana property because of his vast experience with our large condo community. He knows our market, his connections to handle requested repairs prior to and during the listing achieved our goals at reasonable rates. At His well appointed office nearby we managed all the prep for listing docs in one afternoon visit. Being snowbirds, we drove away. He responded promptly to every call or text or email, achieving our listing, sale and remote closing in just over a month!

  Unprofessional and incompetent. Due to the lack of effort from this management company my electric has been shut off and iam behind on my water bill. Utilities were supposed to be paid by owner and added to the rent. They have not been doing due diligence to see that it is getting done.

  Yes, there was a situation where the electric was shut off due to someone else putting it in their name without our knowledge and unfortunately went unpaid. What was not disclosed in this review is that we addressed this immediately and electricity was restored within an hour or so, Errors can be made but a company should be reviewed on how they fix the error, which was completely proficient, competent and immediate. In addition, the review falsely states they are behind on the water bill when the billing for the past 2 months is not actually due until 4/1/2023.

  Utilities are to be billed by manager..
  
  - for 2 months manager was unaware they were not charging for utilities, unaware utilities bills were transferred and not being paid. I MADE THE MANAGER AWARE.

  ***** the manager was unaware,  condescending, and unapologetic to her mistakes and the inconvenience her lack of management  skills caused.
  
  - There should have been one phone call that should have sounded like" sorry we messed up we won't blame anyone else and fix our mistake" instead ***** was nasty and mouthy.

   The Errors were caused by the lack of management by the manager.
  
  -You will get no credit for repairing your own **** ups while displaying ignorance and arrogance.
  
  
  
  4. " 2 months of billing due in 15 days" 
  
  An error caused by lack of management causing  2 months of water and electric bills to be supposedly due at the first of the month.
