    Learning A-Z has suspended our licenses despite the invoice being paid through May 2025. Despite numerous calls, emails and chats, not one person has returned my message. The students are without the program and no information.

    A subscription was purchased for multiple products offered by the company. While in need of customer support, the chat feature was neither accessible nor available to use (screenshot included showing no place to begin or continue a customer support chat). The company does not easily or readily have available a telephone number for customer service. (screenshot included displaying only a Sales telephone number). When dialing the telephone number listed for the sales department, the menu option for customer support was selected. The recorded message was not suitable for the hard of hearing (the voice sounded as if it were recorded from a speaker phone with the speaker in the distance from the mic). At the conclusion of the automated message to wait for customer support, the telephone call was disconnected by the company. The resolution I seek is a one-month prorated subscription to the current service. Moreover, I request the company address the technical issue with the customer support chatbot be resolved and operational. Finally, I respectfully request the company to clearly and plainly make available a customer support telephone number per its past business practice.
