5 starsAn excellent encounter with Real Estate Direct Inc. (REDI)
For more than eighteen months, my spouse and I have been leasing our residence, and we've had a wonderful time dealing with Real Estate Direct, Inc. (REDI). They assumed control of our building six months into our lease, and it has been a welcome change.
Since the beginning, the team has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and always puts in extra effort to make sure we are satisfied. Chad Stapley has truly excelled by taking the time to understand our needs.
Now, let's discuss Dave, the man in charge of maintenance. It's such a relief when something needs fixing because he is always punctual and completes tasks quickly. The whole administrative team and maintenance staff are polite and treat us as individuals, which has a significant impact.
We really value how they consistently make the effort to greet and interact with our dog, Lillie, whenever they encounter her. It is the small gestures that demonstrate their genuine concern.
I highly recommend Real Estate Direct, Inc. (REDI) if you need a dependable and personable rental company. They have turned our rental experience into a pleasant one!

5 stars**** has been extremely helpful helping us navigate the redi rentals website and providing us with options that matched our needs. They communicate with you well and helped us find the perfect place.
