    I preordered an item from the Mello Music Group website and never received it. The item has been listed on their website but never sent me one. I have sent messages via email, instagram and Facebook to no response.

    We do apologize for not seeing Tony's communication. All of Tony's orders have been fulfilled via USPS

    Tony also order twice from us again after this complaint (on Oct 27th and 29th) both of which were shipped and delivered as noted above. He also order from us in January and received that package. The main issue appears to be the pre-order date wasn't understood and we did not see his email (we do not take order messages via DMs on social media). 

    We apologize for the failure to see his message and respond but please note the pre-order date clearly marked on the product page where it was ordered and the note about pre-orders on the product page as well. This product came out Nov 13th and was shipped via UPS and is enroute.
