      Her complaint is not providing "line hide" for her refrigerant lines.  It is no where on the quote that she has provided all of us.  The end.  Shouldn't this complaint be in our Tucson location though?  We pay for our Tucson location so that the two can be differentiated???

      We didn't install the thermostat wiring. It was installed when the home was built. What wires were used to run the old air conditioner??  It's not our fault the builder used low grade wires to begin with.  We simply connect the wires to the unit that was replaced.  The homeowners wiring has nothing to do with the quality of the unit.  Be happy to meet the Alaskan air tech with the ROC on the jobsite.

      You are so unprofessional, exactly why I am simply asking for a refund of the AC unit, because your company had been combative from the start, and not willing to assist in a professional manner.

       

      on top of the install being done incorrectly and having to do it A SECOND TIME AND TOOK TWICE AS LONG, one of your fellow technicians insulted me in my home and left without me signing off in the install of the refigerent line(which no I DID not sign off on, your company forged my signature)  

      I can get Alaskin Air on my property to confrim this as well, more than happy to.

      Who would I contact for ROC as this was never a team or option that was provided?

      I made a service call to ask to check on a sink/air-conditioner condensation line that was clogged but i had unclogged it before arrival. The service call consisted of One question 'how did you unclog it?" I said I used a drain cleaner. he said "keep doing that" then 20 minutes of pushing all sorts of upsell services ranging from 500$ to 3000$. I accepted the 4 or 5 year service agreement with no documentation and a pushy sales person. Not a service tech. I would like my money returned.

      The refund has been provided, this customer is actually in Scottsdale, not sure how it got to the BBB in Tucson. I understand he was dissatisfied, therefor we did provide refund to him. Our GPS tracking system shows our tech there for over 45 minutes, this was back in October of last year, the purchase was a maintenance program which is totally an option we provide customers to purchase, there was no necessary repairs. There was no complaint initially until recently, months after our visit. Regardless we have refunded this customer the purchase, thanks
