    A Veteran owned and operated business in ****** Coming from a carpentry and roofing background, the blue-collar field has always been a part of my lifestyle, I joined the United *********** in ************************** logistics and convoy security, later in my military career I became a non commissioned officer in charge of missions and Soldiers. My passion was to lead and push my Soldiers to become their best versions of themselves, but my lifestyle suddenly changed. I decided to get married and figured I wanted a settled lifestyle where I can come home everyday to a Wife and Children. Not having a degree of any sort, I decided to combine my passion of becoming a great leader with my roots and knowledge in the trades industry. I took a couple of college courses and entrepreneurial courses funded by the Boots to Business program, with additional apprenticeships to reinforce my background in the trades. By the time my military service came to an end of term I was already legally licensed and had a legal roofing business, however I decided to get into a roofing company for about a year until I decided it was time to go completely all the way. With me leading the front I recruited a great team of individuals I maintained an eye on due to their work ethic, customer service and punctuality. We have been growing from 20-15% consistently every year With 0 complaints on the **** nothing but 5-star reviews, certified employees on all tasks appointed to them and perfecting our craft one day at a time. Our motto is that every job we complete has to be our best job yet and we really do live by these values I have mentioned, and I truly believe that this is why we have been successful until now.
