    I was driving on I 10 heading eastbound in Tucson at 9 AM in the morning when one of their trucks was pouring gravel out of the back of the truck as if it wasn’t sealed properly I actually took photos. I was Elaine over from the vehicle and at least 300 feet behind. My windshield in front of my vehicle were struck breaking my windshield. I immediately called the company to speak with ownership and was told I’d get a call back within 24 hours to remedy the situation. Never heard back after 48 hours. I called again and received the same message that I would get a call back within 24 hours from the ownership, but they didn’t know how ownership handles this they may not do anything. I then emailed the company to the company email after 72 hours still no response. This is why I’m filing a complaint. This could’ve been a horrible situation with the amount of product that was pouring out of the back of the vehicle. This is not about any job that they’ve done this is about the care that they take with their vehicles and the public. I think they should be cited for this and have to take care of the situation and properly secure their loads or this could be horrible for some folks.

    This company advertises itself as an A+ BBB Accredited member! It offered a two year warranty on the driveway saling that was applied in April of 2021' I noticed in December of 2022, the sealing was not holding up and the cracks that were repaired wer cracked again. I contacted the company on FIVE(5) separate occasions: Jan 26, Feb 20, Mar 20, Apr 09 and again on May 01. Each time I was told that they would come by and fix the driveway, when they were in the area to work on another "project". During the Apr 09 call, they said, they would just come out and take care of my issue. On the the May 1st, I left a message and I have not gotten a reply!!

    One 6.06.22 I had my driveway chip seal ******* said we have 2 colors tan,or gray I wanted tan the day of the job I told his son that is wrong color don’t luke like tan it is gray he said no it is tan it has to rain then It will turn tan we had rain it is still gray I am very disappointed.******* send me picture in tan that is what I want well that is not what I got
