      Unfortunately my warranty company made me go with 911 Appliance Repair. I came out on 5/28/24 to inspect my laundry washer and told me that I would have to pay for all the work and parts upfront. So I did. It is now 7/9/24 and my laundry washer is still not fixed. They choose 4th of July as the repair date, that was the option they gave me, I asked the person on the phone if they were sure they were open on the holiday, they said yes and I accepted the appointment. They never showed up. I have called them 3x in the last couple days and haven't received a single call back. I regret going through my warranty company because then I could have chosen a more reputable company to fix my washer, it could be done by now, and my warranty isn't even covering the repair! I'm out over $400 and I can't get anyone on the phone to reschedule the repair.
