    Brand new spa delivered to our home and installed in November. . We followed the directions to start the hottub. The hot tub has leaked from day one. Sunset spas has sent one technician over at a time for a total of six visits since November. We have been told multiple times by these spa technicians that that is a 2 to 3 person job as the leak is in the middle of the spa and cannot be accessed through the side panels. The leak has to be accessed by turning the spa on its side after it’s been emptied. Sunset spas continues to send one person at a time to take a look at the leak but they cannot do any work as they need additional help. The leak has not been addressed nor fixed. My husband made an appointment three weeks before this last warranty visit and he let them know that they need to send more than one person out to access and fix the leak. Today was that visit. Today only one person was sent out: and again that tech cannot do this by himself. I have called multiple times as well as my husband has called multiple times to try to get them to send more than one person out so they can turn the spa over and do their job. We would like either a replacement spa of the same model with the same features except for the leak. Or they can come pick up the spot and give us our money back.
