      This business shouldnt even get one star. They charged me twice and then tried very hard to blame me For it. Doesnt even make sense since it came from their server. Then they tried to say well we never actually got the money. But it DID come out of my account and ******** my account for which I filed a claim with my bank. They were upset I filed a claim and said that wasnt a normal thing to do!! They finally gave me my money back and would not let me pay online as if this was my fault, and said I would NOT be charged any fees for this mess. The next month I still cannot pay online and still have to pay cash by going into their office and low and behold they have charged me fees for being late and for insurance- which Ive already paid because I paid my full bill as soon as they would let me pay it for their own s**** up when charging me twice. Their explanation- oh well we canceled your insurance when you didnt pay. Which was because of their s**** up which we were trying to get sorted out and the online would not let me pay. (Mind you they NEVER mentioned a single time I could pay cash until after the fact of me being late) so, I called and emailed twice to remove those extra fees to which Ive gotten no response se to that other than- hey yeah we received your payment youre up to date. As if I didnt already know that! Do not use this company- the manager **** does NOT know anything, shes told me she cannot explain the books, she cant even explain an invoice, she cant get into an invoice In the system, she cant explain how payments work- she literally told me every step of the way oh I dont know how to do that- but shes THE MANAGER!
