      12/23/2023 - Ordered a pod to load boxes into. Scheduled for between 6:30am - 9:30am. Time currently is 4:12pm, and still no show.

      I purchased a PODS unit to store my cousin's belongings after my grandmother's passing. I attempted to schedule the POD to be delivered to TWO different locations in the Phoenix area, both of which PODS refused to deliver to. One reason was that they apparently 'don't service the area' in Buckeye AZ where I'd originally requested, despite being a residential home with a large space for the pod to be delivered to, and another was a nearby storage facility,. I was told PODS does not deliver to storage facilities. So I am left to pay for storage to a company that refuses to deliver the items.

      There /have been multiple issues with payments, as i am now having to find funds for storage that I'm being forced to continue, all of which have been resolved and confirmed that the account is current as of the date of this complaint being filed (9/1/2023). I called PODs to confirm this and request that my account be unlocked so I can have the items removed and permanently close my account. They have advised me that they cannot do that and will not schedule my pod to be dropped back off at my house to remove the items within, which includes large furniture pieces. So now I'm left to schedule a truck and other people to help me move these furniture pieces.

      So, what exactly am I supposed to expect from a service that offers to move and store items that is unable to move items? My locations were neither rural, inaccessible or unreasonable to have the POD delivered. I was left to pay for storage on something because the business cannot fulfill one of it's basic tenets of services and am now having to spend more funds to get my items back WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS PAID AND CURRENT. I would very much like to just have my stuff brought back to my house so I can empty the unit and permanently close my account without incurring further costs to retrieve it. That's all.

      I rented a unit in July.
      I started calling the company to pick up the unit in October 17 2022.
      I have since called 4 more times for the same request.
      The unit is still not picked up and I have been billed for Oct, Nov and Dec 2022.

      My experience with Pods was disappointed and Upset. Me and My family moved from TX to AZ. Pods Picked Up My Container on Aug 10 and Pods Supposed Redeliver to My New House in AZ on Aug29th. But it didn't come. So I Called Customer service and the agent said its still in TX. They forgot our Pods Container send to AZ. I called them several times. The agent said My Pods container will Redeliver on September 6th. Me and My family slept on the floor for 2 weeks and bought all Kitchen stuff. it was very uncomfortable. I looked My pods account it moved to rescheduled September 8th without telling me. Finally Driver Redelivered and Picked Up on Sep/12. Pods Charged extra rental fee $303.22 (Sep-Oct) Without telling me. Pods has been open for My Dispute over 2 months and I have not hear from My Dispute Specialist agent at all. I have sent email her more than 10 times but no answers. She keep ignored and No resolve my Dispute. She has had My Dispute since Sep/8th and its November now and Still No Resolve! I want my $303.22 refund for they charged extra rental fee for their delayed and Hope Pods resolve my case.

      Ordered a PODS storage unit, was delivered in less than a week. When I called to have the POD storage unit moved, I was informed that the soonest it could be moved was almost three weeks beyond the date I was ready to have it moved. In the meantime, PODS still charged me full rent on the unit that THEY were unavailable to move, and that I could not access (in the new, needed location). I do not expect PODS to respond the very next day after a call to move a storage unit, but I do expect them to either be available within 2~3 business days after the call, or to credit/not charge beyond that time (until the storage unit is moved to the new location).
      I suspect that when it is time for pickup, I will run into the same issue, and they will charge me for that excess response time also, even though it is their deficiency.
