This business will tell you what you want to hear then NEVER do anything they say. He guaranteed to have it up and running by Saturday and I hired a professional however my daughter has had it 2 months and its sitting not working. I filed a review previously but somehow he was able to remove it. Do not do business with this guy. He is very untrustworthy

To be able to connect the hot tub to the electricity, they would have to upgrade ****************** panel, and its not safe to use the old panel in the **************** it has to be done by professional license electrician, and its nothing to do with their purchase with me so they have to hire a licensed electrician for that matter.N. The customer should not demanding and contact any time after business hours especially on the weekends and late nights There is no return policy because of the customer house electronic problems, the old electronic panel can cost fair in the house and has to be done by licensed and professional electrician not any other person and the customer needs to understand that.N. I wouldn’t touch the electrical I sold the spa as is and they should hire an electrician to install it They should read the invoice again.

I can provide the date and the times as well
I also send a licensed electrician information to them to make sure do the job right but they did not want to hire him so again the electrical has to be done by professional license electrician.Bureau Response

I am honest and having a five star A+ business for many years, I have many many happy customers but unfortunately I cannot make everyone happy, especially if there is something involved with electrical and people’s safety, I hope they can understand and hire a license electrician to finish the job and enjoy their hot tub , thank you.N.
