  Presidential was truly amazing in helping me achieve my dream of having a pool built in my backyard. The whole process took 5 weeks which was way less than expected. I can say *************************** my project manager was the best. He kept me in the loop addressed all of my concerns, as well as helped me to see things in a realistic manner. ***** is really one of the reasons I will continue to refer people I know to Presidential Pools. ***** in sales was also amazing I couldnt have asked for a better pool design she took my vision and made it a reality. Presidential also honored a 5 year warranty on my pool equipment even though it was offered after I signed my contract, you just cant beat customer service like that.   I have never written a negative review in my life, and I dont exactly know why but I am trying to be kind and as fair as possible in this review, but at the same time I felt compelled to warn others. I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Presidential Pools. We signed a contract on 2/22/21 and as of today 7/12/22 we still do not have a completed pool. Several neighbors have built pools in our neighborhood and one completed a new house build during this exact time frame. This has been the most frustrating and disheartening experience. Many of our neighbors used Presidential Pools in the past and they came highly recommended. Back in 2020 when we began searching pool contractors they had very good reviews and an A+ BBB rating, which as of date they still have and it completely befuddles me. I understand that there are always disgruntled customers so I am typically open minded when reading one or two negative reviews about a company but I would encourage others to seriously considered every negative review written because we have experienced ALL of the same issues, with the exception of rudeness. Everyone we have dealt with has been respectful and understanding of our frustration but NO ONE seems to be able to get anything done. We have had design issues, broken water lines, damaged electrical wires, garbage strewn about the yard, damaged landscape, failed inspections, dismissed project manager, material and labor shortage excuses, poor communication, etc. Excavation on our pool began in November 2021 and we were forced to live with our yard completely torn apart on both ends up until June of 2022, when they finally filled in the ditches. We are now waiting on Pebble Tec Finish for which we asked the project manager about yesterday and were informed today, after a second inquiry, that they dont have a definitive date yet, which has been an ongoing issue throughout this entire process. Again, save yourself the aggravation and seek another pool contractor.
