      Dates: between the dates of May 24, 2024 to June 3 2024 I left my Samsung Galaxy to have the motherboard cleaned & to transfer my contacts and files from that phone to another. The motherboard was not even opened or serviced at all. What was done was the screen of the phone was severed & not resealed and the Sim card was removed and not returned to me. Upon the 3rd trip out to the business on Sat., June 1, 2024, , I was allowed to sift through the collection of lost Sim cards. I narrowed those down to 4 that seemed like they were great possibilities of 1 belong to my phone. I have pictures of the whole group of Sim cards down to the 4 I chose. I said now I need to go get a like model phone that was working to place the Sim card in so I could identify my precious 14 years of contacts & files. I did that and returned on June 3, 2024, whereupon I was told that I had "threatened litigation" against the store & that I was now trespassing & that if I didn't leave immediately that the man, employee, would call the police. I never said anything about litigation, I said : all I really need, even after they destroyed my phone rather than service it, was my Sim card. He repeated that I was not welcome & he was calling the authorities on me. I was astounded. I left and called the authorities myself from my car in the next parking lot over. Now I'm filing this complaint & wish to be given the among of money it will take to purchase a top of the line cell phone , Samsung Galaxy even though I would be willing to just have my dear precious Sim card returned to me with the irreplaceable information.       I’ve had my phone to this repair shop 7 times because their techs kept damaging my phone. My phone has completely quit working now. The last time I went into the shop I let them know that I was moving out of state and needed to be assured this was the last time id be able to come in and needed it fixed properly. They assured me it would be fixed properly but several days later it quit working again. This shop refuses to help me get my phone repaired or to replace my phone. They assured me a year warranty on all their work and now they refuse to help me and I’m now without a working phone. I own a consulting business and I’m losing money every moment my phone is not working. All I want is for the shop to have my phone repaired by APPLE because I no longer trust their services or to give me a replacement phone for destroying mine.
