    This occurred on 3/24/25 I paid $100 to book an appointment for a tattoo and 30 min before the appointment the owner texted me and said he had another appointment and was not able to do it at the scheduled time. I asked for my money back since I was not the one who cancelled the appointment and, Shane Moore, proceeded to curse and me and yell at me me and told me he was not going to give me my money back. He then hung up on me and has not tried to resolve the situation at all. And refuses to be professional about the situation.
