    I needed transportation from my Tucson home to the *********** in ******* for medical tests, and I had been advised not to drive myself. I chose H&S because of the detailed 5-Star reviews, including for out-of-town trips. The reviews are well-deserved.The owner, **** ******, suggested leaving 15 minutes earlier than I had asked, in case we encountered problems on I-10 (which we did). He called when he was on his way, and showed up at precisely 5:30 a.m., the agreed-upon time. I had asked if we would wear a mask, per medical advice, and he not only did that, he cracked open all the windows for a continuous flow of fresh air. This thoughtfulness represents the way in which he regards his job.The trip to ******* took more than two hours through heavy traffic. We arrived early, **** waited outside through my two-hour appointment, and showed up at the clinic entrance two minutes after I called. The return trip took another two hours, but **** never lost focus.His professionalism and courtesy on this long trip was greatly appreciated. It is such a relief to know I'll have reliable medical transportation for future trips.Thank you, ****, for your thoughtful service.-JES
