      January this year my husband and I booked our honeymoon trip to ******. We paid for upgraded seats, extra to have seats together, and an extra day in ****** so we would be ready for our tour. At the airport in ****** we were informed that our first leg of the trip was cancelled along with our entire return trip. We were able to rebook and get on the flight but not together and one of us sat coach. In ****** we missed our connecting flight. My husband was booked to leave on the 1:30 flight and me the 8:30 flight. We arrived in ****** a day late from all of the missed flights. So far our agent has been aware of the mix up and she told us she said the rest of the trip was verified and we would be fine. Now we realize we have 8 locating numbers and we are not booked together. We both sent concerned emails to our agent. once she had the info she wanted we were told she would work on the rest of the trip to make sure it would go smoothly. We waited 4 days to hear back from her. No word that she was taking a long weekend off. No word that we would be able to return home. Four days of even more worry that we would have to make new arrangements to make it home. We had 2 days left of our trip when we had word that she looked at the manifest and we were both on it. The trip home was a nightmare! At the ************** I was booked all the way home on our original flights. My husband was only booked to ****** then unable to get anywhere. Apparently with our multiple locating numbers he was double booked and not able to fly. We were able to get that worked out and on to ******. Now in ****** we were not able to land again on time and bumped from our flight. My husband was rebooked and now I was not able to be found in the computer to get a flight home. All of these problems could have been avoided if our agent (the manager) did her job. not once did she call the airlines to straighten out whatever the crazy mistake was. We are no longer getting any word back from the agent.

      Amy - we are very sorry that the air portion of your vacation was so disappointing. We have escalated your feedback to our supervisor at corporate headquarters to investigate. She will be in touch with you this week to talk with you further and see if there is anything that can be done. Again, we are so very sorry that this disrupted your vacation to the length that it did.
