    1. They came almost 2 hours outside of given window (had to cancel other appointments to accommodate them).2. Cancelled rootball when realized they did not take responsibility for any damage caused 5 ft radius.3. Tree -one side bare/scraggly other heavy/bushy I have concern over tree breaking because of imbalance. He pointed out the ground and said there would be root fissures from the pressure if imbalanced, I said it wasn't imbalanced before & in 15 minutes it won't happen. They left a bunch of little dead branches in the tree and only cut them off after I said I'd get on a ladder and do it myself. Shrub - they cut off all the dead stuff well. Orange tree- they didn't remove the suckers from the branches I was told they can't because then the tree would get sunburned. Okay, fine. But that's what I asked and 4. Sign-off to pay: I amended it to SOMEWHAT satisfied. Be aware there's a 4% charge for using a card. I was told that it's in print on the contract, but I hadn't seen it, so paid by check. Should have been made more clear, imo.5.Communication:I sent many emails explaining my concerns. When I wasn't getting satisfaction from the crew, I sent the emails to *****, but other people responded. Re a call: Woman, not V, quite brusque. I was VERY stressed by this time and said, "Fine, then," because I felt stuck and hung up after an equally brusque, "Bye." Via email, ***** gave me ******* phone number to call him about my concerns. I requested she fwd the emails w/pics as I've been through this already and didn't feel it right to make me do it again (felt like jumping hoops ). She says she would. 4 days later, no response.6. They didn't replace heavy benches they moved away.After my ****** review, ***** replied in a way to nullify and disparage. I guess it's her job. ?? it was hurtful bc not true and showed no concern for my stress. They knew how important that tree is to me.Wish my great tree guy came out this far. Miss that quality.

    Hello *****, we honestly tried, we don't just try WE STRIVE to make every customer very satisfied with our work. Unfortunately, we make some mistakes with a customer. We make sure when you first called to set up your estimate that we as a team work to get your trees maintained. My crew is asking what you want with your trees because we're trying to build a relationship, yes, they have a work order, a very detailed WORK ORDER FYI. You were present during the work, and when my ****** finished doing a walk through of your property, you failed to mention anything and signed the job completion form, then proceeded to pay the bill. And to your surprise saw a fee that was on the contract you read and signed. If in fact all this was misleading and a horrible service, I truly am at a loss. If you can let us know what we can do for you, please call us back. I, *****, will show you what old school service is. That is what I can offer. If not, then thanks for the review. To me, a negative response is a positive one. We will continue to STRIVE for a good customer relationship. I've been here for 23 + years doing trees not going anywhere either.
