- If you need to cancel membership before purchased hours are completed, be aware of the following:
A 15-day (2 week) notice is required.
Your discount rate is applied upon completion of the purchased hours. Your hours will be prorated to the base rate.
We waive our diagnostic testing fee in exchange for your commitment to our programs. The waived $50 testing fee is now applicable.
