      I sent him a Vizio main board for repair he sent me a different Vizio main board it was defective I want my board back and a refund ( Vizio M60-C3 main board) very upset

      Hello,
      I am very sorry to hear there was a mix up with your order. I have tried looking up your information using your name, phone number and email but unfortunately was not able to pull up your ticket or order using that information. Was your transaction performed under someone else's name or a business name? Is there perhaps different contact information I can use to track down your order?
      If you could provide me with your ticket number, or order number this will help us better understand what happened.
      If you were sent the wrong circuit board, please allow us to figure out exactly what happened, and correct that mistake. The circuit board you received should have a ticket number on it. What is the ticket number on the board you received? We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send that one back and send you your original immeditately if indeed there was a mix up. 
      If you can contact us directly through you customer portal it would be easiest to keep track of our communication and to better understand the situation as I am unable to find your in our system as of right now. 
      We will do everything we can to correct the situation in a timely manner.
