    My son and I leased a 2022 Lexus 350 and was coming to the end of the lease. We traded it in for to older cars and All Cylinder was to pay off the Lexus. We only got one car because they lied on my application and put my rent as $300 and when I spoke to the finance company I told them my rent was $1850. To this day they have not paid off the Lexus and they still have it and will not return it. Now its like I'm making late payments and it's on my credit report. I cannot afford to continue to pay for a car I no longer have and nor shall I have to. In the meantime Lexus is coming after me and they want the money or the car. Even if they get the car back they are going to want my payments also. This has been since November 30th 2024. It's not fair what they are doing , just outright taking my vehicle without paying it off. Can they just do that to people? I cannot upload the contract because it's to big. Can I try emailing it to you?

    The finance application was filled out by the client herself, we took application in good faith.

    All Cylinder called Toyota Motor for payoff on 12/08/24. We were given payoff and payoff address, directly from Toyota on 12/09/24..The 2022 Lexus payoff was sent on 12/17/24 via fed ex. sent to wrong address, returned and resent on 12/24/24. Payoff good till date was January 8, 2025. Check was sent in good faith to Toyota Motor/attn: Lease Payoff, as per directed by Toyota. All Cylinder called to follow up on payoff on 1/6/2025. We spoke to several departments and staff. We were told that, the payment we sent had been applied to another account number by their cashier department. and would be corrected by 1/8/25. We made another call for another follow up, and were told the payoff was short. The explanation we were given is, that payoff was auto loan payoff and not a lease payoff. We sent the difference overnight thru USPS and is in route. This was equally frustrating to us as to our customer.

    On February 22nd my daughter a minor and her friend also a minor went into all cylinders Auto sales at 3560 North Stone.
    They were attempting to purchase a truck and gave Teresa the owner a $500 deposit.
    These are minors and are not able to purchase a vehicle they are not able to register a vehicle however the car dealership took their deposit anyway and not refuse to return the girls their money.
    I am a tempting to retrieve the money $500 deposit I called and they told me they will not return my deposit because we posits are non-refundable
