      My Vienna's received care at Dr. Kelly's on April 30. I am sad to say that Vienna passed away from aspiration pneumonia and sepsis not 48 hours after leaving their office. I spoke to their office twice with concerns regarding Vienna and her recovery and was reassured both times that what Vienna was expecting was "normal for after a dental" and "give her time to recover".

      Friday morning Vienna was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and sepsis and needed ICU care to try and stabilize her. When the ICU Dr. called Dr. Kelly's office to discuss Vienna's procedure they were told "Drs are unavailable until Monday. "
      Sadly, Vienna did not have that much time.

      Nothing will bring my sweet Vienna back, but I hope her story prevents other pets having to go through what she did.

      Absolutely would never recommend them! They performed 2 surgeries on my dog. 1st surgery didn’t correct the issue then a 2nd surgery a week later. Less than 24 hours later my dog went septic due to their procedure. A surgery they claimed was normal and customary. I called their office 4 times the next day from the surgery to be told everything was normal in his recovery.

      The animal hospital told me Dr Kelli is not skilled in this level of surgery and should have never performed this surgery. This was a major surgery that required a board certified vet surgeon not a mobile vet. Also, I was informed this procedure required a 2 day stay at an animal hospital for monitoring in which they never recommended or suggested.

      I called Dr Kelli’s office the night I put my dog down and the next day the scheduler told me I would hear from someone. It took 3 attempts for me to finally get someone to call me back a week later ..

      Not once did they even send their condolences for my dog having to put down. They didn't even disagree with my concerns related to their experience with surgeries of this nature.

      I called them requesting they refund the last surgery which is what killed my dog and they refused and told me I could file a complaint that they wont do.. Needless to say I had to spend $1300 the next day for critical care for my healthy 6 year old dog to be told he went septic due to complications for their procedure.

      We have had a couple of clients in the past 6 months to a year take dogs in for spaying/ neutering. Two of the dogs suffered a nicked blood vessel and both had to undergo emergency surgery. They went for low cost services only to have to pay 1400 to 2000 more for the emergent visits and surgery.

      This company is avoiding and neglecting services for my dog. I am a returning customer. I am being ignored via Facebook messenger and their text schedule phone number that is advertised on their website. My dog has a new bump on her leg. This company responded on Facebook messenger and stopped responding when I provided screenshots of no one following up with me after 3 days. I am being singled out by this business. I have texted, called and contacted this business via Facebook for assistance with my dogs mass removal.
