    We had a young and new employee come out to clean our windows. She did not do an adequate job and I had to re clean most of the ones she did do, and completely do 2 windows she did not do at all. I tried to work this out with the owner (******) I was asking for a partial payment back. She said she would get back to me, but never did. I kept calling and getting various reasons why she could not settle this with me,I had just had epidurals in my neck and back and told her that. It was very painful for me to finish the job. I paid in full as a good faith gesture, but have not even had a call back in weeks. (or more) I still hurt from doing the large sliding glass door runners, the dirt I had to clean from most of the windows and un touched windows . I even sent pictures! This is totally unacceptable and I still want at least half my money back..which is what we discussed.
