    The owner installed windows in my home several years ago. There is now an issue with one of them as the vinal has warped and the window cannot be removed to be cleaned. Also, caulking is pulling away from the wall and you can feel the air coming through. This is happening with a couple of the window frames. There is also a small crack in one of the windows and he said he’d replace the window. I have called and left messages, but no response. The last time I did get a response was February 20, 2024. The owner actually came to the house, assessed the problem and said he would fix it. He said he had to check his schedule. I’ve never heard back from him. I will not recommend him to anyone after my experience.
