    GlassDoctor replaced a window for me in July 2022 giving me a one year warranty on both installation and product.
    The window cracked November 2022 and Rene (part *****) inspected the damage the week of Thanksgiving 2022
    I have discussed this with *** ****** (*****) of GlassDoctor on multiple occasions via email and phone in an attempt to have the window replaced.
    *** is very amiable but does not follow up in a timely manner on our discussions
    It seemed we were close to an agreement on replacement but had not fully agreed on the credit for the initial installation, the complete description of the replacement window, an installation date.
    I did receive one quote where *** wanted me to pay as much or more for a replacement than I paid for the window that cracked so we were negotiating on the actual cost but I have not heard from *** for nearly a month and have been trying to resolve this issue since Nov 2022.
    I had agreed to again pay for the film that is added to the window as additional protection as the film did not fail only the glass failed.

    I received a phone message on Sat 29 April 2023 shortly after I had sent the complaint from *** ****** that it was just about Noon and he was leaving the office but would call me on Monday, however he did not call and I have not had any contact directly with *** ****** for over a month when we last spoke on the phone and he had indicated he would get back to me in a couple of days which he did not do.
