    The installers were the BEST! We had two installer teams of two: ******************************* all were respectful to us and our home. Together they installed 22 windows in two days! Did the stucco repair on day three....DONE!******* the project manager, stays in contact; answers his phone, even on weekends!As other reviews have stated, very pleasant from the initial meeting, **** (owner) and ******* come out and explain everything. No high pressure...no..."buy today price only" stuff.The Marvin windows appear to be a high quality product, look and function wonderfully.But again it is the installers that make the difference. The installers work for Capstone directly, not sub-contract workers.It is not wonder that Capstone is booked-out for months, they are just that good.

    Capstone Windows in ****** was an amazing company to work with from the beginning to the end. The manager kept in contact and was always accessible from the moment I placed the order, throughout the installation and asked for feedback of the job performed at the end. Their initial consultation was pleasingly different from the high pressure sales of other companies I checked out and made the choice easy for me to go with them. Now, Ive got brand new windows and a sliding door in my home that I couldnt be more happy with! The installers were wonderful! Respectful of my home, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job with superb craftsmanship. Totally satisfied and happy with the install and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Capstone ******!
