Augie Suarez and his select team of skilled window installers very favorably impressed us with standout quality service. Augie was prompt in his reply when we first outreached for guidance on window replacements for our 30+ year old windows. He was consistently available in a timely manner to discuss specifics and details to guide us in our decision making for our purchase. He provided material examples and detailed explanations of components for doors and windows during his visits to our home, highlighting the quality and unique characteristics of his windows and doors. We were invited to onsite visits of his teams window installations in our neighborhood to see the work in progress and materials being used. During the week of the installation process for our home, Augie regularly checked in on progress, onsite, within our home to ensure all was in order and consistent with our expectations. During his teams installation process, they kindly shared invaluable wisdom such as the brand of caulk they used for the window frame sealing and their recommendations for window cleaning and products to use for this purpose. Whenever we needed minor adjustments or further guidance after the installation, Augie was again very prompt to reply, coordinate visits from his team, or arrange times for his own visit to ensure we were well served and all was properly functioning. We have been very pleased with our new windows, especially the weather sealing and insulation features for both hot and cold seasons, and the ease of operations to create great airflow. The Anlin windows and patio doors are high quality and I can easily see a difference in heat transfer. Installation happened as promised. The installers were very respectful and neat and cleaned up all debris as they proceeded around the house. I highly recommend this company.Arizona Wholesale Windows and Doors
