    date of transaction was on 03/14/2025. i paid the business $792.92. the business committed to provide me with good service and lifetime warranty on the tint yet when i went back with all my issues they tried to do the bare minimum and not re-due all the messed-up windows which did get taken care of after i told the tint manager ******* I'm not happy and paid a lot of money and want it all fixed. the dispute is i asked for a refund after ***** in the office told me they never scratched my window (photo uploaded) and proceeded to argue with me which is unprofessional. i emailed the owner to see what we could do to resolve this horrible experience and was never reached out to. the business did re tint most of my truck again but refused to replace the scratched window after **** the glass manager took photos and said "don't worry you're in good hands with our warranty company. the tint is not what i told it would be and I'm not happy. I would like a refund so a different company can redo my tint again. also, in the technician's checklist (photo uploaded) it clearly doesn't show anything about damages on any of the windows prior to service. the vin is correct, but it says 2010 ********** Jetta and mine is a 2017 **** f-150 .

    We explained to the customer that we use rubber squeegess when applying window film, and that it is not possible for our tools to scratch glass. We are a reputable company that stands behind our workmanship, and we own up to any damages caused during installation. Furthermore, we explained to the customer that the window tint is installed on the inside of the window, the scratch in question is on the outside of the glass. We do not work on the outside of the glass. The scratch on the window was pre existing, not caused by tinting of the windows.

    honestly you can sit there and say you guys didn't scratch my glass. but it wasn't like that prior to your company touching it.  I don't care about the glass anymore. my biggest complaint was that the tint was unsatisfactory and I was treated ******. I now have to pay someone else to redo it again. You only brought up the outside of the glass but no other issues that were stated in the complaint. You brought up 1 issue out of like 5 issues. I'd still like a refund. My next step is talking to legal. I have another tint shop stating that your workmanship is not good and shouldn't have left the shop that way.

    I brought my car to Clear View Glass and Tint on at 4:30pm January 7th, 2025 for an appointment to have the tint removed in my vehicle and replaced on at 8:00am on January 8th, 2025. I was told that my car was being taken directly to the garage and being parked there overnight. Earlier today on January 8th, I received a message that my brake light gasket was damaged during removal and that they would try to make it look better with shaped tint around the area. I did not have too much of an issue until picking up my car and noticing new scratches and an area where the clear coat was missing on my door as well as a long strip of paint missing from my window panel. When I addressed my concerns and pointed out that these damages were also not noted on their pre-existing damage inspection, they told me there was no way that they could have done this. However, I am positive that those damages were not there prior as I clean my own car almost daily and am very aware of every mark on my car. They said that there was nothing they would do to rectify the situation and that they simply failed to note the damages on inspection.

    I ordered a glass -2 weeks later I still had not heard from them -I called on a Monday ..I was told that it to be arriving within the next feew days and the would send it be tinted ,by that Friday I had not heard from them ,so on Monday I called to only to be told that the person that was going to install it was not comfotable doing the vechile and the other person they had was returning the next day and we could install Tuesday -Well Tuesday came and went and no communication as to why no one cam.That night I get a text saying someone will be there the in the am ,Noone came ,Finally around 11'sh someone came ,said they were there to install the windshield -(I question where the "CHRIS"was ?and was told that he did't know and that he was sent ..Mind you in a black matted van ,no logo,no uniform ..So he installs it.About 2 hours later I get a text ,saying that the tech is on its way.I wait only to find out the first guy installed the wrong windshield.I tell them I want the correct tinted windshield put in .(The installed one is not tinted).I call the office -they do not answer ,so I text ,they do nort response,I call again ,I speak to Greg who TELLS ME THIS HAS BEEN ALL MY FAULT ..omg I tells me he is not changing it out as it will cost him $500.,, I did not get the correct Tesla WINSHIELD install and THE DID NOT COLLABRATE IT and the glass install is NOT OEM . This location address is ********* **** **** * **** ****** **********

    I havespoken to the  business in reference to complaint ID 21907680, and find that this this is the wrong company name (close) I will consider this complaint resolved.

    During the 2nd re-service to fix the windshield seal leak the technician broke my key in two seperate pieces. Attempts were made to seek resolution directly with the company. After I was told they would replace my key, they called me back and told me they were not going to. This company has not provided quality service necessitating my need for return to fix the issue. Then during a follow up service they broke my personal belongings and refuse to replace.
