      Kadosh *** may have helped others, but they are giving me bad service. they started Wed. the 2nd putting forms for a driveway, **** then asked for half of payment and said tractor will come at 2pm to remove dirt for AB rock to be spread. **** text me and said tractor broke down will be at job Sun. Tractor came and spread dirt that was their and spread sand over dirt, which is suppose to be AB rock. **** defense was "That is what they sold him", and which was only less than 1 inch thick , I told tractor driver I did not want sand on drive way I want AB rock which is suppose to be 2 inch's thick. **** had text me he will come over Monday the 7th after he finishes some other job, **** never came or called as of Tue. ************************** had also said concrete will be pored Tuesday the 8th. It is Tuesday 8 am and no calls or work from ***********************. I would like to get all my money back which was $3500, for he tried to hold back on material which would have led to cracking of concrete in time, I do not have trust or confidence in ********************.

      I send 3 guys on Sunday because of the machine being down, that is AB dirt what I take to Rays place, he is a very violent person and yell at my workers, I will give *** his money back because I dont trust him either that if I pour the concrete he didnt want to pay me, Ill make a check to ************************* and take all my forms out of his property even if I lost money on labor that already did plus rebar that I bought.
