    As the president and board member of the Mountainview North HOA for 15 years, I can confidently endorse Precise Property Management, LLC as well as the owner and manger, ****** *******. Over the last 15 years, our community cycled through three different management companies until an associate recommended Precise Property Management. Immediately, ****** introduced our community to her web based Portal which provided a means to pay quarterly dues, monthly board packages, architectural reviews, community forms and documents as well as a valuable source of communication and email. ****** has been a god send. She inspects regularly and secures compliance with community standards but she does so in a non confrontational manner. She is available to residents and the board on every occasion. Again, her fees are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed to allow her to manage your HOA.
