      Rapid Roofing earned 5 stars on the residential job completed on our house in August 2022. Every aspect of the job was executed flawlessly. The job was a routine tile roof removal and replacement that was complicated by the need to remove existing solar panels and replacing them when the roofing job was complete. The inspection and quotation was prompt and competitive. The owner answered my questions promptly and courteously. The price was competitive and the lead time was well within acceptability. The quotation was complied with and there was no nonsense about any of the usual surprises that come up during any construction job. The office/daily contact person was a dream to work with -- knowledgable, prompt, and helpful in every regard. This person coordinated beautifully with the solar company regarding work schedules, etc. This is great for people who do not get roofing work routinely! The work crew was on time, well disciplined, and expertly supervised. The supervisor visited the site daily and was quite helpful in finding and fixing some minor exceptions that arose -- we were completely comfortable that our house was in the hands of a conscientious expert. Follow and clean up was good and reasonable. Rapid Roofing earned this rating and would get the first call for any roofing work.
