    installation began on September 5th, I asked the installers about the new underlayment that I contracted for. and was told I didn't need it
    Shortly after the installation I noticed the panels looked worn discolored and heavy scratched and pit marks on the interface of the panels, large burn marks and overall dirtiness. Mr. *****, responded to my concerns and said moving the panels from the ground to the roof is how it all happened. I was assured none of it slows the production down
    A crew from Canary came out They cleaned the panels and spray painted the frames as promised, but unfortunately, ended up spraying paint all over the face of the panels.

    Mr. ***** claimed spray paint on the solar panels facia themselves would not slow production. along with the burn spots and heavy scratches I asked about the warranty and the over spray. im told I have still a full warranty – but was told to go thru Canary they will take care of all warranty item, basically bring you another used panel

    I’ve reported broken roof tiles, my k2 mounting clips already used up indicating they are used several roof mounting brackets not sealed, in my attic when drilled they split trusses cause they didn't pre drill first I have water leaks in on the interior ceiling and in my attic.
    My breaker panel Canary installed, is mis labeled and doesn't match the electrical outlets inside the home at all.

    the largest thing is fraud the panels I was sold Q PEAK DUO BLK ML-G10+ 400. model numbers represent a black on black panel
    The panels on my roof are sun worn brownish with green with altered serial numbers and bar codes attached to the label.

    currently I still have not received the serial numbers of the solar panels, which every company in the valley the installer gives to the homeowner .
