    I was travelling along ******** on August 15, 2022 and did not have reservations anywhere, but I had stayed at the Comfort Inn in ********, ** before. My two previous stays were fabulous so I decided to stay there again. They had availability so not having a reservation was not a problem. The front desk clerk worked quickly and I had the keys to my room in less than 10 minutes.The room had a terrible odor. I was able to open the window (slightly) to try and get some air, but nothing helped. There was a long hair in my bed sheets that DID NOT belong to me. I was disgusted and left in the morning as soon as the sun came up. I want my money back though...I barely slept that night because I was so uncomfortable. Everyone's excuse for subpar service lately is that they are under staffed. I really don't care. If that is the case, then lower your prices so that our expectations are tempered.
