    In May of 2022 Paladin ins*alled a new Trane 16 Seer * Ton Package Hea* Pump on our house. We were ou* of s*a*e a* *he *ime of *he ins*all. Upon re*urning home on Augus* 30, 2022 we found *ha* *he new Trane 16 seer would no* cool down *o *he se* *empera*ure. I con*ac*ed Paladin and I was *old *hey would check i* ou* soon. Three weeks la*er *hey had no* responded. Af*er addi*ional calls and *ex* Paladin arrived on Sep*ember 27*h 2022. He did no*hing *o fix *he problem and s*a*ed *ha* he would re*urn *he 28*h wi*h his son *o help him. Paladin did no* re*urn or call. I con*ac*ed *****************, a Trane dealer, *o have *he problem diagnosed. The problem was *ha* Paladin ins*alled a one-s*age *hermos*a* which made *he new 4 *on uni* only opera*e as a 2.5 *on uni*. On Oc*ober 19*h 2022, I *ex*ed Paladin wi*h *he informa*ion. Paladin called s*a*ing he was in a bad signal area and would call back when he had a be**er signal. As of *his wri*ing Paladin has no* called back. I have had ***************** ins*all a *wo-s*age *hermos*a* and wire *he new Trane uni* *o func*ion properly. I am asking Paladin *o pay for *he correc*ion since he ins*alled *he wrong *hermas*a* and would no* respond *o correc* *he problem. Our purchase agreemen* included 3 years free main*enance and 5 years par*s and labor. The invoice for ******** *o make *he correc*ion was $451.00. I am asking Paladin *o refund me *he $451.00 *o have *heir mis*ake fixed.
