    Talhia was unprofessional from first contact. She seemed disinterest in my project and I shouldn't have wasted my time having her to my home. She did not confirm the appointment until I asked her and quit responding to texts. Upon arrival to my home she did not introduce herself and rushed through measurements. Did not straighten her tape measure or ask many questions. Almost a week waiting on a quote and she's "respectfully denied" my project because I expressed my disappointment in not receiving a quote after so many days. She was frustrated because she didn't have my full attention because I was focused on my 3 year old... but my husband was literally standing right there to answer all her questions. It's Al excuses and unprofessional of ******. She's a horrible representative of this company and I'll definitely be hiring someone else.
