    sometime before 9/26/24 I sent my bumper to krazy kutting for modification and re chrome. I paid half of the invoice in the amount of $352.50 on 9/26/24 they then sent me another invoice on 10/26/24 in which I paid on 10/28/24. initially the project was to take 6-8 weeks which was fine and I expected that the project could possibly take a little more than initially stated. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages. I was finally told that they would have my bumper done and shipped to my door and I am quoting ******** one of the owners a couple days before 3/1/25 to be ready for a car show I was expecting to make. I made contact with them a couple days before 3/1/25 to make sure and he told me they would not make that deadline and to give them until 3/12/25. that date has come and past and the excuses still keep coming. we are coming up on 6 months and still no bumper.

    Purchased a car club plaque from this company. Had given them a deadline that they agreed to they even put it in the receipt now the company is ignoring my calls and messages they show that they read them and. Just ignore them they didnt meet the deadline and still have. Reached out to us just giving us the run around

    In April of 2021 I sent parts and paid $400 for the parts to be two toned engraved they never gave me the parts back I just paid another $400 for my car plaque they this was in may of 2023 and may 9 of 2023 I paid another $120 for some 2 tone engraved ********** square *********** I had spent the $300 dollars for my hood hinges and radiator core support cover all for my ********************************************************************************************************** call back

    back in Jan I had sent this company my original parts of a classic **** ***** impala to get rehome and engraved spent over $12K with them owner advised me it would *********** weeks to complete task after 4 months of nothing parts started coming in randomly little by little when the parts arrived i was surprised to find out that they were NOT my original parts they were other people messed up parts that they chromed and **** of on me a 1/2 the parts were REMANUFACTURED NOT my ORIGINAL which any one know when restoring a classic all the money and value is in ORIGINAL parts NOT ***** knock off owner kept telling me lies about how he was gonna take care of it and he still has my parts and it has now been 7 months later no signs of my parts at this point it has been robbery so anyone that is considering doing business with them please be aware and everyone i have talked to has said he has done the same thing to them. These people are crooks and rob people for there parts to sell them to there friends

    As an Initial Response to this legitimate Complaint. I'd like to resolve the Issue without having to ************* Txt's or Any Messages that would just Add Fuel to the fire. There are many Comments on this Complaint that are very Untruthful and I have already Researched the entire Communications From start to finish with My Partner I was never involved in this Order so I did not know exactly what needed to be done. Which is why I had to research first. Once I did I reached out to The Customer in Hopes to Do exactly what ever he thought was right Only to confirm that he is not answering any of our calls and Doesn't want to Talk. I can't fix it like that. The Parts that He is Owed are ready Because we Decided to Fix the best we could and Just refund and Give Him his parts however there is no response from Customer and we can't blindly sent out parts. In no way do I believe we are right  We took Too Long we should have sent his parts back as soon as we new the Condition of them. I am to Blame for that for not having a process in place to handle this type of Issue. I'd like to Know Exactly what the Customer Needs from us at this point to resolve the issue. I am Very Sorry It has Gotten to this point
