New a/c unit was purchased from Arizona Valley Refrigeration towards end in 2022 In past months when there was rain there was a water leak that was a result of improper installation of a/c unit due to not being properly sealed. In both dates when there was rain we contacted arizona Valley Refrigeration and made them aware of leaks inside the home. They came out to my home after the first rain/leak to fix it. The person that performed repair did not ring doorbell to notify me that he would work on a/c unit but it was recorded on my home cameras. Repair did not work because we got more leaks. We got heavy rain Sept 2nd 2023 again Arizona Valley Refrigeration was notified and they sent tech out the following week. The tech that came out to our house let us know that the A/c unit was not properly sealed. After all of this I have since called twice to notify arizona valley that due to leaks there is a stain on inside of ceiling and that I would like for them to fix it. They said that they would call me back but as of now it has been over a month and I have not heard back. Also would like to be assured that next time there is rain they will be responsible for fixing leaks and anything that results from leaks.
