    Wow! I was reading the reviews and all was good! I work for the federal government in *************. I was sent to **** AZ for training with the military. My laptop needed to be repaired. I took my laptop to computer solution and they told me, I needed a screen and they can order one, have it in 4 days. So I decided to go forward with a new screen. They ask for $250.00 dollars to order the screen. 4 days later I received a call saying that the wrong screen was ordered and they sent an email to the vendor to have the right one delivered overnight. I was also told if the vendor didn't order, they will at no cost to me ! After one week I called to check on my laptop and was told it was in ******* AZ and it should be in the next day. One week later I called to check on my laptop and once again I was told my laptop is still in **********. So on the 9th of October my company asked me to return to ***********************. I called Computer solution to tell them I needed my laptop, but no answer. Later that evening I dropped by Computer solution and I was told once they received the screen, they will ship laptop at no cost to me. So I paid for the labor which was $90.00 and I asked for a receipt. It been over a week since I return to **********, Computer solution is not answering the phone. looks like I'm out of a laptop and $350.00 dollars.
