    I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH ********************** MORE THAN 25 YRS. THEY ARE FAILING. THEY ARE SAYING MY HOSTING PACKAGE MUST BE RENEWED ON 4/21 / 24 TOMORROW. I JUST SPENT 3 HRS ON PH. SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR. NO HELP. I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCT EVEN THO JUST RESET IT, WROTE IT DOWN 1 HR AGO. IT IS SAYING IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! I WROTE IT DOWN. THEN THE SUPERVISOR SAYS I HAVE TO RENEW THE HOSTING PACKAGE IN 24 HRS OR WILL LOOSE MY 20 YR WEBSITE. BUT I CANT LOG IN BECAUSE SYSTEM NOT ACCEPTING MY NEW PASSWORD. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 20 TIMES. THE SUPERVISOTS OR TECH CANT FIX. SO THEY WILL REMOVE / TRASH MY 20 WEBSITE BECAUSE I CAN RENEW IT BECAUSE I CANT LOG IN. THIS IS A RACKET AND SCAM. SHAME ON THEM

    My case number is I-******* and spoke with nisa today and told her that I cancel this account last year and received a notice where they were going to bill me again. She said she had no phone record of me calling to cancel. I told her I never used their email system. **** press or anything. Nothing was ever connected to their server. I said within days I had problems and they told me theyd give me a refund because the sales person lied when stating I could have three websites and multiple email addresses. This company assured me because of this persons unethical behavior theyd refund my money. Now Im finding it wasnt reverse and theyre trying to bill me again. I have never used their products.
