    This construction company has ruined our flooring. They were hired by our insurance company to replace our flooring in the house due to water damage in the dinning area. When the company came to move our belongings out, a guy went into our garage and rode one of our bikes around the neighborhood. They weren't even supposed to be in garage. Next they were to take the flooring out of the house. They used water to soften the wood and sprayed it around the house. When we came to check on things, we went into one of the rooms where they were not working on and the carpet was squeaky(meaning water under the carpet). They began putting the tile down very slowly. There was one guy that usually came to work on the flooring. Some days there was nobody that came. There was a week where nobody came at all. There were also times where someone would come for a couple hours and leave for the rest of the day. After about 2 1/2 months they tell me they need another month. Insurance didn't approve and they finished a day after that conversation. They moved our stuff in before grout was cleaned off the tile. The tile is uneven, no pattern, holes in the grout, and when I walk on it I can feel myself go up and then down. In some areas the tile is the same tile with the same pattern on it. They did not cover the nails on the baseboards. They did not seal the wall to the baseboards or the ground. The wall that they fixed is crooked and when I mentioned it to the guy, he says your wall was crooked already. It is the wall they fixed! Our stove is about half an inch above the counter since there was not tile under it before and now there is. When I mentioned any of these things to the manager he said I was just being nitpicking. I was pointing out areas where the tile was so uneven that someone could trip on it. Our pantry was left unpainted after they cut the bottom out and put sheetrock and left it. We had to call them and ask them to come finish the job. They left the lock box on our door
