      This place is a huge joke if you need mental health help please Go Elsewhere they have kids playing games with Lives.I am in crisis and called for help 2 weeks ago drove 3 x 20 miles each way so they could waist hours of my time. Then hang up. WOW Please if you love yourself GO Elsewhere.Aloha God love you

      I worked for this company for about 4 months in 2023 at the ************** I left to fortunately pursue a better opportunity. During my time with this company they had high turn overs. There is a lot of incompetence within the company and it reflects in patient care. My reason for this review today is that I am needing my W-2. I reached out requesting it be emailed to me 2 weeks ago. I was advised this couldn't be emailed and that it was sent via **** in the mail. When asking to verify the address it had been sent to it took HR a week to respond after another follow-up email was sent just to find out that my secure info was sent to an invalid address. I had a physical address and a mailing address in my employee account and left a forwarding mailing address in my resignation letter. How this error occurred I'm not sure. I called the **** corporate office. After speaking with HR, finance, and the office manager I was advised that my W-2 can't even be faxed to the ****** office or securely sent internally for the office manager to print for pick-up. When I told the manager I have accomplished this with other places without any issue she said maybe their IT security systems aren't that secure. For a place thar deals with court ordered treatment for behavioral health I found this extremely alarming to hear. How do you deal with patient and court official information for people without a secure IT system? Not only that but when asking to speak to the **** clinic manager's higher up I was denied. She wasn't professional and used very poor choice of words handling things. Their corporate information online is a crisis hotline and not corporate. I can't express my frustration enough. I should've received my W-2 already, the company made an error at my expense and wasn't willing to do anything to help other than remail causing me another potential week of delay in getting my information. I am financially needing this sooner than later but there's no consideration here.

      CHA HAS NOT PROVIDED ME SERVICES IN ABOUT OVER A YEAR. I WAS IN PRISON AND I FOUND OUT THAT CHA WAS STILL COLLECTING FROM MY INSURANCE CLAIMING THAT THEY WERE PROVIDEING ME SERVICES. THEY MANAGED TO GET AWAY WITH IT BY MAKEING UP LIES ABOUT SERVICES THEY HAD NOT CHARGED FOR. WHEN THEY DID THEY CAUSED ME SO MANY STRUGGLES BY MEDICATEING ME WITH REAL HIGH DOSE INJECTIONS THAT CUSED ME BAHAVIORS I COULDNT CONTROL I BEGGED THE ***** DOC TO LOWER THE DOSAGE AND MY CASE WORKER TOLD HER NOT TO. I SUFFERED SUICIDAL TENDENSIES WITH AN INJECTION THEY HAD ME ON I WAS HOSPITALIZED 3 TIMES. THEY CONTINUED IT THEY INJECTED ME AGAIN WHEN ANOTHER DOC HAD ME ON SOMETHING ELSE THEY SHOWED UP TOOK ME TO THEIR OFFICE INJECTED ME HAD ME SIGN INSURANCE PAPERWORK THEN DROPED ME OFF I STARTED HAVEING TWITCHING BODY MOVEMENTS MUSCLE SPASAMS *****OSIS BRAIN ZAPPS SEVERE BODY PAIN AND HEADACHES AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME I NEVER SEEN THEM AGAIN AFTER THAT.
