Beautiful law firm, with local staff and a local attorney! I was surprised to learn how many law firms are satellite offices to bigger firms that are not from ****. It is great peace of mind knowing that you can count on a local team to be by your side every step of the way. The office is very clean and wheel chair accessible, definitely a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so nice and very professional, we were offered water while I waited for my free consultation, and the front desk gal was so kind it put me at ease. Attorney Cid Kallen is highly knowledgeable and is very straight forward, I can tell hes been doing this for a long time. I definitely came to the right place. I am so confident in Citrine Law that I highly recommend them to anyone looking for personal injury, DUI or criminal defense help. I love that the staff speaks Spanish so I didnt have to translate to my mom the whole time!

The entire staff and attorney *** Kallen are so kind and patient. They also do a great job of staying in touch and giving case updates. I have never experienced this level of care and customer service from a business. I highly recommend them.Citrine Law, LLC

Horrible first experience. Screening assistant does not listen and scolds potential new clients. I explained that I was upset, a veteran, a senior, female and not good with technology. The associate was rude, spoke over me and didn't understand the English I was using to describe the criminal ticket I had received from a Arizona State Trooper. The actual attorney was highly recommended. Based on the treatment and misunderstood definitions of words, like, "levied" when used in a sentence on the electronic intake form and being lectured by ***************************** then scolded and dismissed by the Legal Staff Manager, **************************Based on their poor customer service I do not recommend this law service. The office staff simply screens out protected classes of people, and without meeting them in person.What a horrible experience, so sorry to bother you on a Monday.*** was highly recommended but the office staff is horrible in my opinion.Citrine Law, LLC
